We also provide comprehensive programme management and grant writing services, from application to planning, budget design and management, and day-to-day programme management to keep the project on time and within budget
Monitoring & Evaluation
We believe in accountability to both the communities we serve and our donors. Our Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) services track program development, identify potential improvements and facilitate evidence-based decision-making. Our team can support you with MEL plan development, data gathering, analysis, effectiveness evaluations, and even train your team for future program monitoring. We can also conduct impartial evaluations of your existing programs to ensure they are on track with your goals.
Corporate & Philanthropic Giving Advisory
We support companies, corporate foundations, and family offices to make their giving more thoughtful, effective, and grounded in reality. This includes helping clients decide who to fund, how to assess partners, how to define and understand impact, and how to report clearly to boards and investors.
