How we work

We work in a collective structure. Our consultants step in and out to suit their experience, interests, and the needs of each project. This allows us to offer the best team for each project while keeping our running costs low. 

 

We recognise the wage disparities faced by women, especially those from the global majority. We find this unacceptable, and so every member of our female-led is paid an equal day rate, regardless of their background or location. 

 

We also do not charge overheads. We think this structure ensures fair compensation for our team and transparency for our clients.
